Sobha Aurum

Not every good project needs to be a township. Sobha Aurum is deliberately compact, with two tall towers on 3.46 acres holding 420 homes in Sector 36, Greater Noida. It was Sobha's first project in Greater Noida, launched in mid-2025. It is registered under RERA, registration number UPRERAPRJ361748/06/2025. The towers have crown-topped facades, and the layouts cover a wide range, from 1 bedroom homes of about 739 sq ft up to 4 bedroom homes of about 2,306 sq ft. The clubhouse, simply called The Club, is about 15,000 sq ft.

The real point here is that Sector 36 is an established part of Greater Noida. Markets, hospitals and a mall are already around you, so you aren't waiting for a sector to fill in. Jagat Farm Market is close by, while Sharda Hospital, Kailash Hospital and The Grand Venice Mall are all in the area. Towards the Yamuna Expressway you'll find Gautam Buddha University and Noida International University, which add a steady student and faculty population. Overall it's calmer than Greater Noida West, with a more settled, residential feel.

Inside The Club there's a badminton room, a banquet hall and a games room. Outside you get a lap pool, a leisure pool and a kids' pool with an island gazebo, along with a tennis court, a multi-sport court, an outdoor fitness deck and a reflexology walk. For downtime there's an amphitheatre, a canopy grove, an alfresco deck and a party plaza, plus a kids' play area for the younger ones. For a 3.46-acre site, that's a well-used plan.

Aurum is a smaller, quieter alternative to the big towers going up in Greater Noida West. It isn't a township, but it puts Sobha's construction quality in a settled sector where markets, hospitals and colleges are already part of daily life. For an NRI, a compact project with a strong builder is often easier to keep track of from abroad, and the range of sizes gives you room to pick a unit that fits your plans, whether that's family use or renting out.

The one thing to check is the price per configuration. Because the range runs from 739 sq ft to over 2,300 sq ft, ask exactly what the starting price gets you, and confirm the possession timeline for your tower.

Sobha is a Bengaluru developer founded in 1995, and it works differently from most. It does much of its design and construction in-house instead of handing it all to contractors, and people who tour its homes usually notice the finishing first.
