ATS made its name in Noida and Greater Noida before it came to Gurugram, and its projects tend to share a feel: fewer towers, plenty of open green, and roomy apartments rather than lots of small ones. That pattern holds on the Dwarka Expressway too.

All four ATS societies we list here are ready to move in, and all are aimed at 3 and 4 BHK buyers. ATS Kocoon and ATS Tourmaline both sit in Sector 109, starting at ₹2.10 Cr and ₹2.20 Cr respectively, with sizes running from roughly 1,750 to over 3,000 sq.ft. ATS Marigold in Sector 89A starts at ₹2.20 Cr for 1,750 to 2,650 sq.ft. ATS Triumph in Sector 104 has the largest homes of the lot, 2,290 to 3,150 sq.ft, from ₹2.85 Cr.

Since these are finished buildings, most deals will be resale. That's good in one way, because what you see is what you get. Spend time on the details anyway. Check the monthly maintenance, the state of the clubhouse and lifts, the occupation certificate and conveyance deed, and any dues the seller still owes the society.

These suit families moving up from a smaller flat who want space and quiet more than a long list of amenities.
