NRIVEST is a real estate advisory and marketing service. We are not a developer, builder, bank or legal firm, and we do not own the projects shown on this website. Where we help you book a property, we act as an advisor and channel partner, and we may receive a fee or commission from the developer. Where the law requires real estate agents to register with a state RERA authority, our registration details are shown on this website. This does not change the price you pay the developer.
Project information and prices
Project details, including prices, availability, floor plans, carpet areas, specifications, amenities, images, payment plans, possession dates and offers, are collected from developers' published materials, RERA filings and other sources we believe to be reliable. They are indicative only and can change without notice. Prices shown are starting or indicative prices and may not include GST, stamp duty, registration, preferential location charges, parking, club membership, maintenance deposits or other charges. Images, renderings and walkthroughs may be artist's impressions and not an exact picture of the finished project.
Not an offer
Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract for the sale of any property. A booking is confirmed only by the developer's own application form, allotment letter and agreement for sale, which will govern the transaction.
RERA and verification
Where a RERA registration number is shown, please check it on the official website of the relevant state RERA authority before you book. Please verify every important detail, including RERA registration, approvals, title, carpet area, price and possession date, directly with the developer and your own advisers before booking or paying any amount.
