Ashiana Housing

Ashiana Housing has been building since 1979 and is based in New Delhi. It's best known for senior living communities and for kid-centric homes, in places like Bhiwadi and Jaipur as well as Gurugram. Its style is quieter than many Gurugram builders: lower density, plenty of open space, and real thought about how families live day to day.

Both projects listed here are new launches. Amarah in Sector 93 offers 3 and 4 BHKs from ₹2.55 Cr on a 22-acre site, with around 80% of the land kept open. Aaroham in Sector 80, near NH-48, starts around ₹3.19 Cr, with 3 and 4 BHKs of 1,342 – 1,919 sq.ft and a ground level kept free of vehicles, which parents of young children tend to like.

One thing to watch. The sizes quoted for Ashiana projects look like carpet area, so they can seem small next to super-area figures elsewhere. Ask for both before comparing prices, and check possession dates on haryanarera.gov.in.
