Aaroham is Ashiana's take on a premium family community, and you can tell straight away that it was designed with children in mind. Set on 10.8 acres in Sector 80, it has only 542 homes, and about 9.02 acres are kept as open space, so the density is genuinely low. It is registered under RERA in phases, with registration numbers GGM/1014/746/2025/117 and GGM/1038/770/2026/10, and you can check each one on the state RERA portal before booking.

The child-focused design runs through the whole plan. There is a learning hub, music and dance rooms, a play street, structured zones for kids and a Live and Learn programme. The ground level has no vehicle movement at all, which parents of young children tend to love.

In terms of travel, Rajiv Chowk is about 15 minutes away, Cyber City about 20 minutes and IGI Airport about 25 minutes.

The layouts start with a 3 BHK of 1,342 sq.ft, followed by a 3 BHK with servant room at 1,569 and 1,589 sq.ft, and a 4 BHK with servant room of 1,919 sq.ft. Prices start around ₹3.19 Cr. One important point here: Ashiana's quoted sizes look like carpet area, so they can seem small next to super-area figures elsewhere. Ask for both before comparing prices, and ask for the current sheet.

Aaroham is aimed squarely at working parents with school-age children, and it is one of the more thoughtful family designs on this side of Gurgaon. For an NRI family planning a return, the kid-first setup and the low density make it easy to picture daily life here.

The construction-linked payment plan is reassuring, since what you pay tracks what gets built. Before you book, ask for the RERA completion date for each phase.
