Elan is a Gurugram developer that made its name with retail and commercial projects before moving into big-ticket housing. Both of its listings here sit in Sector 106, and both are aimed squarely at the luxury end.

Elan The Presidential is under construction on about 30 acres, with 3, 4 and 5 BHK homes from 2,450 to 4,495 sq.ft. Units are moving on resale from about ₹4.65 Cr. Elan The Emperor is the newer launch on about 37 acres, with very large 4 and 5 BHK homes running up to 10,347 sq.ft, starting around ₹10.89 Cr.

At these prices, the details matter a lot. Ask for the carpet area separately from the super area, compare the price per sq.ft on both, and check what the maintenance will cost for a home this size. Since neither project is complete yet, look up the HRERA registration and the committed possession dates, and read the builder-buyer agreement carefully.
