Manglam Group announced it in September 2023 with a planned investment of about ₹200 crore, and it is currently under construction. It is registered under RERA, registration number RAJ/P/2022/2252. Manglam describes Rambagh as its first project designed entirely around green-building principles, with features meant to lower the community's carbon footprint. Put that together with the low height and the small number of homes, and the aim is clearly a quieter, more considered kind of luxury than a tall tower can offer.

The project is in Jagatpura, a growing residential corridor in south-east Jaipur on the airport side of the city. Jagatpura has seen a lot of new housing in recent years, drawing families who want newer homes with more space than the older central neighbourhoods can give them. Being on the airport side is a practical advantage for anyone who travels often, NRIs included.

Rambagh offers 3 and 4 BHK apartments along with 5 and 6 BHK penthouses. Sizes run from about 2,370 to 6,120 sq.ft, so even the entry-level homes are generous by Jaipur standards, and the penthouses are among the larger homes you will find in the city.
