Antalya Hills gives you a finished home with a few features you'd usually expect in pricier projects. M3M India built it on about 25 acres in Sector 79, Gurgaon, and it's ready to move. It's a gated neighbourhood with 24x7 security, CCTV, fire fighting, onsite staff, housekeeping, lifts, power backup and parking, and rainwater harvesting and uninterrupted water and power supply are part of the package.

Antalya Hills suits a young family or a first-time buyer who wants a ready home with good fittings, without stretching to a ₹2 Cr plus budget. For NRIs, compact ready homes in a developed sector are typically easier to rent out than very large flats, and features like VRV air conditioning and home automation help a flat stand out to tenants.

The trade-off is space. At 1,138 and 1,518 sq.ft, these homes are efficient rather than roomy, so check that the layouts fit how your family lives. Before you buy, test that the home automation and air conditioning systems in the specific flat still work properly, and confirm the monthly maintenance and parking allotment.
