Altura is a finished project, which changes the conversation completely. Bestech built it on 10.28 acres in Sector 79, and the homes are 3 and 4 BHKs, several with a servant quarter. Because it is ready to move, most purchases here are resales, and what you are really buying is a specific flat in a running society rather than a promise on paper. You can also inspect it before you buy. It is registered under RERA, registration number 96 OF 2017, and you can check it on the state RERA portal before booking.

The project was designed around an active lifestyle, with green surroundings and the Aravalli hills in view. If you like to start the day with a run or a yoga session outdoors, that theme is more than a brochure line.

Sector 79 sits on the NH-48 side of New Gurgaon. It has had a few years to settle, so daily life is easier here than in newer sectors. Education hubs are close by, and the Hyatt Regency and Radisson hotels are in the vicinity, which tells you the area has some established infrastructure around it.

Altura is a good fit if you want a large family home now, not in 2030. For an NRI, a ready flat can also be rented out straight away, and there is no construction risk to monitor from abroad.

With resale, the builder's construction record matters less than the specific unit and how the society is run. Have someone visit at different times of the day, ask about monthly maintenance, pending dues and parking, and go through the title chain and original allotment papers carefully.
