Hero Vrindavan Plots & Villas

For many families, Vrindavan is not just a place to visit. It is a place they want a lasting connection to. Hero Homes is bringing a branded, gated plotted township to the city, part of an approximately 42-acre development, with plots from 125 to 200 sq yd and villas. The project is in its pre-launch phase. Plots are priced at approximately ₹1 lakh per sq yd plus PLC and IFMS, with investments starting around ₹1.25 Cr, an expression of interest of ₹10 lakh and a flexible payment plan at this stage.

Vrindavan is one of India's most visited spiritual cities, receiving about 2.35 crore visitors in 2025-26 according to Hero Homes' market presentation. The Uttar Pradesh government has announced a ₹30,000 crore master plan for the Braj region, including the ₹500 crore Banke Bihari Corridor cleared by the Supreme Court in May 2025, and the Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir is planned with a tentative completion in 2028. A gated, managed layout gives you a calmer base than the crowded lanes of the old town.

Mathura Junction railway station is about 30 minutes away and Jewar (Noida International) Airport about 50 minutes. Noida is about 1 hour 10 minutes via the Yamuna Expressway, Gurugram about 2 hours via the KMP and Yamuna Expressway, and Delhi about 2 hours 30 minutes via the Yamuna Expressway.

The township is gated, with 24x7 security and CCTV, and it is planned around landscaped and central greens. A clubhouse, parks, a community centre, a restaurant and leisure spaces are planned, along with a hotel and a private ghat. Those last two are the unusual touches, and the ghat in particular will mean a lot to families coming here for religious reasons.

A 125 sq yd plot starts from around ₹1.25 Cr, and plots from 125 to 200 sq yd are priced at about ₹1 lakh per sq yd plus PLC and IFMS. Villa details are still to be confirmed. Pre-launch pricing can change, so ask NRIVEST for the current schedule and benefits.

For families with a strong connection to Vrindavan, a plot in a gated, managed township from a known group is a sensible alternative to buying in the old town. A plot also lets you build at your own pace, perhaps as a future retirement home or a base for family visits.

Be careful at this stage, though. The project is still pre-launch, and the layout, price and terms can change. Treat the ₹10 lakh EOI carefully, get the refund terms in writing, and wait for the RERA registration before paying anything more. Hero Homes' own material is clear that returns are not guaranteed.
