Godrej Properties launched it in November 2024, within about four months of acquiring the land, and reported selling more than 1,398 homes worth over ₹1,000 crore at launch. The company described it as its strongest Pune launch by both value and volume. It is registered under RERA, registration number P52100078240. The scheme has a total development potential of about 2.41 million sq.ft, planned across nine towers, and includes a small retail component. Homes are 2 and 3 BHK apartments set around landscaped grounds.

Hinjewadi Phase 3 is part of Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, the heart of Pune's IT employment. Living here means a short commute for anyone working in the park, and that is exactly why so much housing demand concentrates in this area. Schools, hospitals and retail malls are available across the wider Hinjewadi area, so everyday needs are covered.

The biggest connectivity story is the metro. A station on the upcoming Hinjewadi to Shivajinagar metro (Line 3) is about two minutes from the project.
